You have your dress!  It’s been altered and fits like a glove!  Now it’s time to choose a location for your bridal session.  Usually your venue will let you use their location free of charge (definitely confirm this with them, but that’s usually the case), so that’s always a great option that is personal to you!  If you want something different that your venue, I’ve listed some of my favorite locations below that I highly recommend to help you out!  Good lighting is so important for photos and the locations below have great light and photograph beautifully!  Have an idea or location already in mind?  You’re definitely not limited to this list!  Let me know your ideas and we can bounce some ideas around and talk about the options!

Mercer Arboretum – A gorgeous arboretum where you’ll be surrounded by nature, flowers and a complete garden feel for your bridal portraits.  Mercer Arboretum is free to use, but there is not changing space available at this location.  Please be aware that you will need to arrive in your dress if you choose this location.

Out Under the Trees – Filled with trees, a field and even some horses, this quaint place has some of the most beautiful light in the evenings.  A little known fact about this location:  I actually had my bridal portraits taken here.
