Caroline and Matt married a few weeks ago at one of my favorite venues: Balmorhea Events. It was a gorgeous, sunny day and it could not have been more perfect! I love seeing our couples so in love, happy and genuinely excited to be getting married. Caroline and Matt were no different and we are so happy we could capture these photos for them. Here are a few of my favorites from their Magnolia wedding.
Caroline wanted to make sure we got some bridal portraits of her the day of her wedding since we didn’t have time to schedule a bridal session before her wedding. We carved out some time in the wedding day timeline to capture these for her, and I just love how they turned out.

Caroline and Matt didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony, but they did want a few moments together beforehand so they could exchange letters and pray together.
This was the first wedding for KLP to capture in the brand new chapel at Balmorhea. It’s perfect for our summer months here in south Texas when it’s just a little too hot to have your guests sitting outside for thirty minutes.
Some of my favorite portraits….we were blessed with the most beautiful light that day. Add in a couple in love and we couldn’t go wrong!
While we finished up portraits, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the patio.
