There’s something truly special about being invited back by a family I’ve worked with before — and Caitlin’s bridal session at a Bay Area Park in Pasadena, TX was no exception. Photographing Caitlin felt like reuniting with old friends. I had the joy of capturing her sister’s wedding not long ago, so stepping back behind the camera for another important moment in this family’s story was truly heartwarming. It’s always the highest compliment when past clients refer me or invite me back, and this bridal session reminded me exactly why I love what I do.
This park in the Bay Area near Pasadena, Texas, was a new location for me — and it was the perfect setting for Caitlin’s bridal portraits. Located near the water with its towering trees, soft natural light, and quiet scenic corners, it created the kind of peaceful and romantic backdrop every bride dreams of.
We scheduled Caitlin’s session for golden hour, and the way the sunlight filtered through the trees was simply magical. Her dress caught the light beautifully, and the soft breeze added just the right amount of movement to her veil and train.
Enjoy a few of my favorites from her bridal session last month!
