I love when my wedding couples return for milestone sessions as their families grow—it’s one of the best parts of being a photographer! This sweet family celebrated their little one’s first birthday coming up with a balloon-filled studio session in Kingwood, Texas.

I’ve had the honor of photographing this family since before their wedding day, and each session feels like catching up with old friends. Over the years, we’ve captured so many memories together, and celebrating their baby turning one year old was extra meaningful. Milestone sessions like this are a beautiful way to document each stage of your child’s life—their smiles, their quirks, and their growing personality.  We also took this opportunity to get some updated family photos.  Grandma and Grandpa were present as well so we were even able to include them in a few photos as well which I think is so special.
