I really feel so blessed to have this job and it’s ability to reconnect me with old friends.  Jennifer and I both went to Texas Tech and met during one of my favorite photography classes throughout my college career.  After that class (it was a mini-mester class that took place for two weeks at the very beginning of summer) we both went home for summer and kind of went our separate ways, but we still knew somewhat what was going on in each other’s lives via Facebook.

I was so excited when Jennifer contacted me and told me that her and Mike were engaged and wanted me to come to Dallas to photograph their wedding.  If there was ever a couple meant for one another, it’s Jennifer and Mike.  These two are so in love, support each other tremendously through their careers (they both work together), and always express their appreciation of one another.  I was honored to be the one to document their day.

Nestled in the country, Poetry Springs was the perfect backdrop for their wedding to take place.
