Brittany + Estevan are two of the kindest people I have ever met! They are so kind and genuinely perfect for one another! These two were married a few weeks ago and I’m excited to share some of my favorites from their day! We started the day at Sandlewood Manor for detail photos, getting ready and a few formal portraits before heading to St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church for the ceremony. The day was a mix of sun and clouds with rain threatening on and off all day, but Brittany and Estevan didn’t have a care in the world, they were just so happy to be married!
My favorite moment of the day: Brittany’s dad gave a speech at the reception, and I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house! I love hearing the speeches during toasts because I get to hear stories that I might otherwise not have heard and the memories shared are always so heartfelt!
Brittany + Estevan, thank you for being so wonderful and easy to work with! You both made my job easy, and I hope you love this preview of your day!
I love how Brittany and Estevan included their sweet pup on the cocktail napkins! When I saw these mid-reception, I asked to borrow Brittany and Estevan’s wedding rings one more time because I knew I wanted to photograph them on here.
Brittany was surrounded by the sweetest group of ladies!
A lot of our brides lately our choosing to have their final getting ready moments in a room with just their mom and/or sisters or someone close to them. I love this! I think it creates a calm environment for these precious moments with you getting ready and eliminates the chaos of 10+ people in a room. I love the moments we were able to capture with Brittany and her mom and sisters as she did her final getting ready.
Brittany’s first look with her dad was so sweet!
While the girls were getting ready, the guys were having a good time!
Once at the church, Brittany and Estevan wanted to have a quick private first look to read personal letters from each other.
Then it was back to Sandlewood Manor for some quick wedding party photos and couple portraits!
I mentioned earlier that it was a mix of all things weather-wise during the day. We started their portraits with full sun which quickly turned into overcast skies. We were able to finish their portraits up just as we started to feel some sprinkles.
Estevan mentioned how much he liked the library at Sandlewood Manor and wanted some portraits taken in there. These were taken probably in the last 15-20 minutes before their reception ended but we made it happen for him! I love how they turned out!
The reception details were beautiful! Monica’s did a fabulous job with the florals and Felecia did great with the layout!
Dancing on a cloud provided by J&A Entertainment never gets old for the first dance!
A private last dance
Congratulations to the newlyweds!!
